WARRANTY INFORMATION
The Verilux Warranty is intended to cover defective products. We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 3 years from the date of the original purchase. Please see the product page or your product manual for the specific length of your product’s warranty.
For any product within its warranty period, a replacement product will be sent out in a timely manner.
You may also register your Verilux product to receive premium benefits, including an extended product warranty of 1 additional year! To take advantage of this and other benefits, fill out our Product Registration form. It only takes a few minutes. Please note that the warranty registration does not replace a Proof of Purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or order confirmation) for use in the event of a warranty claim.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Our warranty excludes bulbs and replacement parts. However, all bulbs and replacement parts have a 60-Day 100% Happiness Guarantee.
