Based on this information, we can determine if your item qualifies for a warranty claim.
1. Proof of Purchase, such as an screen shot or photo of your receipt from place of purchase, showing the model number and date of purchase. Please note that the warranty registration does not replace a Proof of Purchase.
2. Current shipping address
3. Picture or video of broken or defective part to show us what's wrong - Send a picture of what's wrong or broken, so we can avoid having you mail us back the defective product. (Please note that pictures and/or videos are essential to a speedy resolution.)
The Verilux Warranty is intended to cover defective products. We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 3 years from the date of the original purchase. Please see the product page or your product manual for the specific length of your product’s warranty.
For any product within its warranty period, a replacement product will be sent out in a timely manner.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Our warranty excludes bulbs and replacement parts. However, all bulbs and replacement parts have a 60-Day 100% Happiness Guarantee.
